Probate & Heir Search

Missing, unknown, or forgotten heirs, located and documented.

What we do

We locate missing, unknown, or forgotten heirs. We build the kinship chains that courts require. Our work runs from simple single-line searches to complex multi-jurisdictional cases involving half-siblings, adoptions, name changes, and international branches.

How we work

We work confidentially with estate attorneys and fiduciaries. Each case is scoped carefully at the outset; research is methodical; every link in the chain is documented.

What the report looks like

A report structured to meet evidentiary standards: citations, certified copies where required, kinship diagrams, and narrative linking every generation. Deliverable packaged for court submission and understandable to lay readers.

Working with counsel

We engage under written terms before any research begins. Turnaround ranges from days for single-jurisdiction chains to several weeks for multi-jurisdictional or international cases. We provide sworn statements and courtroom testimony when required. Fee structures are fixed or hourly depending on scope, and agreed at the outset.
